Role Overview 

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-value outcomes. Working across diverse industries and projects, you’ll guide teams in adopting Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement in a consultant capacity. 

What You Bring 

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in software development or IT environments. 
• Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are highly valued. 
• Facilitation Skills: Adept at organizing and leading ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving team impediments. 
• Team Empowerment: Strong ability to build trust and create high-performing, self-organizing teams. 
• Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure the team stays aligned and productive. 
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile principles, ensuring continuous value delivery. 
• Remove blockers and streamline workflows to support team efficiency. 
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine product backlogs. 
• Monitor team performance metrics and foster an environment of continuous improvement. 
• Act as a servant leader, empowering team members and promoting transparency. 
• Promote Agile practices across the organization, influencing a culture of agility. 

Project Details 

• Start Date: Flexible, aligned with your availability. 
• Duration: Long-term assignments, typically 6–12 months with potential for extension. 
• Location: Hybrid, with assignments across Öresund (client sites and remote work).
