As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that align with business goals. You will play an important role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget. In this role, you’ll work with diverse industries and cutting-edge technologies. 

What You Bring 

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT project management roles, preferably in consulting or dynamic environments. 
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly valued. 
• Technical Acumen: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems, or digital transformation tools. 
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage effectively with diverse teams. 
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. 
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. 
• Lead Agile or hybrid teams in delivering technical solutions that drive business value. 
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements. 
• Facilitate workshops and support change management initiatives. 

Project Details 

• Start Date: Flexible, based on availability. 
• Duration: Long-term assignments, typically 6–12 months, frequently with possibilities for extension. 
• Location: Hybrid, with assignments across Öresund (client sites and remote work).
