Role Overview 

As a Business Analyst, you are the vital link between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll work on diverse projects, from system implementations to process optimizations and drive the alignment of business goals with technology solutions. 

What You Bring 

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in IT or consulting. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. 
• Domain Knowledge: Experience from industries such as finance, retail, or manufacturing is a plus. 
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements. 
• Create user stories, process flows, and data models to support project objectives. 
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. 
• Support project teams during the design, testing, and implementation phases. 
• Conduct gap analyses and propose actionable solutions to meet business goals. 
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and drive consensus. 
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
